Stéphanie Wulfson

Director

Truly fascinated by Art and History since very young age, especially rare musical stringed instruments and History of the 17th and 18th centuries, Stéphanie started learning the violin at five years old and played for the following twelve years as an enthusiast.

She grew up in a family of musicians and instrument dealer and naturally became determined to be part of this fantastic musical world. Keen to learn and widen her horizons, Stephanie started her professional career holding various management and consulting roles in the Luxury Market (hospitality, jewellery, cosmetics) in Europe, Asia and North-Africa. During this time, she never lost sight of the musical world she grew-up in. She started working with her father in 2006 on various projects, for instance, in organizing private or institutional events, including coordination and communication between prominent musicians and clients, and presenting numerous beautiful, rare instruments such as Stradivari and Guarneri Del Gesù violins, cellos and violas. Her passion in the finest stringed-instruments and everything about this luxury niche market made her come back to this world in 2011 as her main occupation.

Today, Stéphanie is based in Geneva and now co-director of RMIC Ltd. In this role, she mostly works in close partnership with her father, identifying the needs of their clients and in helping them source or sell exceptional string instruments. To ensure all trades are executed with the highest standards, Stéphanie and her father involve the world’s most renowned professionals in all the steps of a sale or a consignment, from the expertise to the contractual agreement in taking care of all logistic matters. Stéphanie is also working on the development of new partnerships in the Business (B to B and B to C), all communication and marketing matters related to the company, relationships with musicians and career development (marketing & communication parts).

Stéphanie is a master’s degree holder in Management & Communication and an MBA in Luxury Brand Management graduate (2nd Prize): Paris – France; GIA Certificates holder (Bangkok – Thailand and London UK).
